The highlight of the holiday season is the return of Michelin-starred Consultant Head chef - Olivier Elzer, who has contributed to shaping the reputation of Pink Pearl restaurant on the international culinary map.

On December 24, 25, 26 and 31, 2025, chef Olivier will bring an exclusive holiday dinner menu - Signature festive Dinner Set menu - a culinary journey through iconic dishes: from stewed liver salad; pan-fried scallops with chestnut and vanilla ice cream; Oscietre eggs with champagne sauce; to thousands of layers of chicken filling and spring rolls with truffle mushroom sauce. The party ended with the sweet flavors of chocolate-based desserts, wrapped in the spirit of the festive season.

Returning Pink Pearl is like returning to the home of inspiration, said chef Olivier. This years menu honors the harmony between French culinary techniques and tropical inspiration, where each dish tells a story of joy and sharing.
