Synchronize infrastructure, enhance tourist experience
In April this year, unusual hot weather came early, attracting a large number of people and tourists to Cua Lo beach to swim, relax, and enjoy seafood. To meet this demand, the Cua Lo ward government has mobilized maximum manpower and vehicles to renovate and upgrade infrastructure, building a marine tourism environment in a green - clean - beautiful, safe and civilized direction.

In recent days, along the Cua Lo beach route, many infrastructure items serving tourism have been urgently deployed. Notably, the construction of 15 freshwater bathing spots along the beach, each spot is equipped with 48 showers, accompanied by a changing room, a toilet and a synchronous water supply and drainage system.
The projects are implemented in the form of socialization, both reducing budget pressure and ensuring professional and long-term operation. It is expected that the entire system will be completed before mid-April, promptly serving the tourist season.
Along with that, traffic infrastructure continues to be invested with the paving of 17 roads, with a total cost of about 50 billion VND; main roads are renovated, ensuring ventilation and convenience for travel.
Lighting systems, public wifi, parking lots and check-in points are also supplemented and completed, gradually improving the quality of tourism services.
Strengthening environmental protection, creating landscape highlights

In parallel with infrastructure investment, Cua Lo ward pays special attention to marine environmental protection. The locality has put into operation sand screening machines to effectively collect small waste such as seashells, nylon bags, plastic fragments, helping the beach to always be clean, smooth, and uniform.
Youth union members, youth, and people also regularly participate in collecting garbage along the beach, contributing to maintaining a green - clean - beautiful environment.
A notable highlight is the planting of more than 1,000 coconut trees along the beach, creating a green space, increasing shade and forming a characteristic landscape for the coastal city. The selection of coconut trees is assessed to be suitable for coastal conditions, with good resistance to harsh weather.
In addition, local authorities promote propaganda and mobilize people, businesses and tourists to raise awareness of environmental protection and build a civilized tourism lifestyle.
Along with infrastructure and environmental solutions, Cua Lo ward also strengthens tourism management, ensuring security and order, and safety for tourists throughout the peak season.
The highlight of this year's tourist season is the Cua Lo Tourism Festival 2026 with the theme "Four seasons of sea calling", expected to open on the evening of April 25th at Binh Minh Square, along with many cultural, sports, and culinary activities organized throughout.
In 2025, Cua Lo tourism welcomed about 4.76 million visitors, with revenue of nearly 5,000 billion VND. This result poses a requirement to continue to improve the quality of infrastructure, services and the tourism environment.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Ngo Duc Kien - Secretary of the Party Committee of Cua Lo ward said that the locality determines that tourism development must be associated with environmental protection, building the image of a green - clean - beautiful, civilized and friendly destination.
We are implementing many synchronous solutions, from infrastructure investment, applying technology in environmental sanitation to raising community awareness. The goal is not only to serve this year's tourist season well but also to develop sustainable and long-term Cua Lo beach tourism," Mr. Kien emphasized.
