Bao Dai Pagoda relic has been opened by local authorities, welcoming a large number of people and tourists to visit during the long holiday.

According to a report from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Khanh Hoa sent to the Provincial People's Committee, the unit is implementing relic restoration and conservation activities to promote the historical and cultural values of the villa area, associated with sustainable tourism development orientation.
The Department has directed the Khanh Hoa Provincial Cultural Heritage Conservation Center to coordinate with relevant units to reinforce and repair the two villas Xuong Rong (Nghinh Phong) and Bong Su (Vong Nguyet), and at the same time organize regular inspections of the entire relic site.

Along with that, cleaning and sanitation work, planting additional green trees and decorative trees are also being carried out to improve the ecological environment and create a harmonious landscape in the campus.
From April 25, the relic is open to visitors from Monday to Friday every week.
Currently, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Cultural Heritage Conservation Center is arranging artifacts and items at the two villas to serve the sightseeing and learning needs of people and tourists.

The management unit also arranged forces to protect and sanitize the environment, ensure security and order; and at the same time organize explanations and guide visitors.
A system of regulations boards, sightseeing maps and signs has been installed to support tourists more conveniently during the sightseeing process.

Bao Dai Lau includes 5 ancient houses named Cactus, Bong Su, Bong Giay, Phuong Vi and Cay Bang, built by the French in 1923.
In the period 1940 - 1945, King Bao Dai, Empress Nam Phuong and her family regularly came to rest here.
In 2011, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee allowed Khanh Ha Investment JSC to implement the Bao Dai high-class resort project. By 2014, the province allocated nearly 9ha of land and 4.7ha of sea surface, including 5 ancient villas.
However, during the implementation process, functional agencies determined that the investor had many violations, including acts of encroaching on scenic spots.
By 2023, after the enterprise requested to return 5 ancient villas, Khanh Hoa province received them and handed them over to the Khanh Hoa Relic Preservation Center for management.
Although the locality has proposed a policy to invest in a relic restoration project, it has not yet been implemented due to problems in dividing traffic infrastructure and technical infrastructure belonging to the overall Bao Dai high-class resort project.
In November 2025, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to direct the inspection and protection of the relic, and at the same time clean up the landscape, reinforce and temporarily repair degraded items while waiting for overall restoration.
Currently, repairs have only been carried out at two villas, Xuong Rong and Bong Su, while the project to restore the entire Bao Dai tower has not yet been implemented.
