According to storm news, the latest low pressure from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, this morning (June 5), the tropical depression has moved out of the East Sea.
As of 7 am, the center of the tropical depression is located at about 22.3 degrees North latitude - 120.3 degrees East longitude, on the southwest coast of Taiwan Island (China). The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression is strong at level 6 (39-49km/h), gusting at level 8.
The tropical depression is moving in a Northeast direction at a speed of about 25km/h. It is forecast that in the next 24 hours, this tropical depression will continue to move in a Northeast direction and is unlikely to move back to the East Sea.

The tropical depression brought localized heavy rain or torrential rain in some areas of Taiwan (China) from yesterday, June 4. Heavy rain continues throughout the island today, June 5, according to the Central Weather Administration (CWA).
The Weather Forecasting Center (CWA) issued heavy rain warnings from last night for Taipei, Daoyuan, Nantou County, mountainous areas of Xinzhu County, Kaohsiung and some areas east of Taiwan (China), as well as areas south of Yulin County, Mieuli County and Taichung (China), as the weather system moves through the Bashi Strait towards Taiwan (China).
After moving into the sea area east of Taiwan (China), this tropical depression may strengthen into a tropical storm.
Forecast from tomorrow, June 6, rainfall will gradually decrease in most areas, although mountainous areas in western Taiwan (China) may still have heavy rain.
In the East Sea, due to the influence of the tropical depression circulation, on the morning of June 5, the northeastern sea area of the Northern East Sea area had strong winds of level 6, gusts of level 8, waves 2.0-4.0m high; rough seas.
Ships operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by thunderstorms, tornadoes, strong winds, and large waves.
