By 7:00 PM on August 22, the storm center is forecast to be at about 20.3 degrees North latitude - 107.6 degrees East longitude, over the sea area north of the Gulf of Tonkin, about 110km east-southeast of Hai Phong.
The storm intensity at this time is forecast at level 8, gusting at level 10. Disaster risk level: level 3 for the Gulf of Tonkin area.
