The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for May 2nd in regions across the country.
The Northern region has showers and thunderstorms in some places, sunny skies in the afternoon; especially the Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Lao Cai areas in the morning have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain.
The Southern region is sunny during the day, with hot sun in some places, especially the East has hot sun, scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 23-25 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 30-32 degrees C.
Cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms in some places, sunny skies in the afternoon. East to Southeast wind level 2-3. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Northwest
Lowest temperature: 20-23 degrees C, in some places below 20 degrees C.

South Central Coast
