Due to the influence of the strengthening cold air combined with disturbances in the high-altitude East wind zone, in the area from Ha Tinh to Hue City, there will continue to be widespread heavy rain.
Heavy rain is likely to cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes; heavy rain in a short period of time causes flooding in urban areas and industrial parks.
Typhoon Kalmaegi is forecast, from around the afternoon of November 4, the sea area east of the central East Sea will have winds gradually increasing to level 6-7, then increasing to level 8-10; near the storm center, level 11-13, gusting to level 15-16, waves 5.0-7.0m high. The sea is rough.
It is forecasted that at around 7pm on November 4, the storm will move westward, about 25km/h, reaching level 13, gusting to level 16.
