The Northwest and Nghe An regions will be cold, from the night of November 3 to 4, the weather will turn cold. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass in the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An is generally from 16-19 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas it is below 15 degrees Celsius.
The North, Thanh Hoa and the North of Nghe An will have rain in many places.
