Due to the impact of cold air combined with high-altitude wind convergence, the Northern region experienced moderate to heavy rain, concentrated in mountainous and midland areas. Some places may record rainfall of over 250mm, posing a risk of flash floods, landslides in hilly areas and flooding in low-lying areas.
In Hanoi, the weather is cloudy, with moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms at night and in the morning, locally very heavy rain in some places; from the afternoon, the rain decreases, with showers and thunderstorms in some places. Temperatures range from 23-25 degrees C to 28-30 degrees C. The wind gradually turns to northeast level 2-3, the weather turns cool.
The area from Thanh Hoa to Hue, the North has moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain in some places; the South has scattered showers and thunderstorms. The highest temperature in the North is commonly 30-33 degrees C. The Southern region continues to be hot with a base temperature of 34-36 degrees C, in some places above 37 degrees C.
In the South Central Coast, the weather is sunny during the day, especially the North has hot sun, with intense hot sun in some places. The Central Highlands and Southern regions maintain the sunny day pattern, showers and scattered thunderstorms appear in the evening and at night, with locally heavy rain in some places.
