In the evening and night of August 11, the Central Highlands area, eastern Lam Dong province and Southern region will have showers and scattered thunderstorms, common rainfall of 15-30mm, locally heavy rain over 80mm. In thunderstorms, tourists need to be wary of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Localized heavy rain may cause flooding in low-lying areas, urban areas and industrial parks; and at the same time increase the risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams and landslides in steep slopes.
