The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting updates the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (April 18) in regions across the country.

At sea, the area north of the Gulf of Tonkin is currently experiencing showers and thunderstorms. It is forecasted that in the late afternoon and evening of the same day, this sea area will continue to have scattered thunderstorms. During the thunderstorm, there is a possibility of tornadoes, strong gusts of wind at level 6-7, and sea waves over 2m high.
Ships operating in the area are warned to be at high risk of being affected by tornadoes and strong gusts of wind, requiring special attention to ensure safety.
