The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (June 3) in regions across the country.
On June 3rd, the Northern region will continue to experience hot weather with the highest temperature commonly from 35-37 degrees C, in some places above 37 degrees C. The relative lowest humidity during the day fluctuates from 50-55%, the hot time is concentrated from 11-16 hours.
On June 4, the midland and delta areas of the Northern region will be hot with the highest temperature commonly 35-36 degrees C, in some places above 36 degrees C. The relative lowest humidity is from 55-60%, the hot time is from 12-16 hours.
In the area from Thanh Hoa to Da Nang City and eastern Quang Ngai province, on June 3-4, widespread hot weather will continue to appear. The highest temperature is commonly from 36-38 degrees C, in some places above 39 degrees C. The relative lowest humidity is from 45-50%, the hot weather lasts from 10-17 hours.
The meteorological agency predicts that on June 5, the Northern Delta region will continue to have hot weather. From June 6, widespread hot weather tends to increase again throughout the Northern region. Meanwhile, from June 5, hot weather in the Central region will expand to the East of Gia Lai and Dak Lak provinces, and is likely to last for many days to come.
Due to the impact of hot weather combined with reduced humidity in the air, the risk of fires and explosions in residential areas and forest fires increases. In addition, prolonged high temperatures can affect people's health, causing dehydration, exhaustion and increasing the risk of heat stroke due to prolonged outdoor activities or exposure.
