The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that from now until November 15, weak cold air waves will continuously supplement, combined with the north-northwest wind phase at an altitude of 1,500 - 5,000 m, helping the weather in the North to remain dry.
At around 16-17.11, the strongest cold air since the beginning of winter is forecast to spread to the North.

Over the past month, the weather in the North has recorded four cold air waves. Notably, the October 19th period caused the temperature in Mau Son (Lang Son) to drop to nearly 9 degrees; high mountain points such as Tam Dao (Phu Tho) and Sin Ho (Lai Chau) to about 12 degrees Celsius.
