At sea, from the evening and night of November 17, the Gulf of Tonkin will have northeast winds gradually increasing to level 7, sometimes level 8, gusting to level 9, waves 3.0-5.0m high, rough seas. North East Sea area: Northeast wind strengthens to level 7-8, gusting to level 9-10, waves 4.0-6.0m high, rough seas.
From early morning on November 18, the area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai and the northern sea area of the Central East Sea: strong northeast wind level 6, sometimes level 7, gust level 8-9, waves 4.0-6.0m high, rough seas.
From November 18, the sea area from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa will have strong northeast winds of level 6, gusting to level 7-8, waves 3.0-5.0m high, rough seas.
Due to the influence of cold air combined with disturbances in the high-altitude East wind zone, the area from Ha Tinh to Khanh Hoa will have widespread heavy rain. Cold weather can affect livestock, poultry, and crop development.
Heavy rain can cause flooding in low-lying areas, flash floods on small rivers and streams, and landslides on steep slopes. Strong winds and large waves will affect ships and activities at sea.
