The Northern region will turn cold; the mountainous and midland areas will be very cold, some places will be severely cold. The Northern Delta has some places with severe cold. The North Central region will turn cold from the night of December 13.

The lowest temperature in this cold air mass in the mountainous and midland areas of the North is 7-10 degrees Celsius, in high mountainous areas below 5 degrees Celsius. The lowest temperature in the Northern Delta is from 11-14 degrees Celsius, North Central region: 12-15 degrees Celsius.
Hanoi weather from the night of December 12 and December 13 has moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms with the risk of tornadoes, lightning, hail, strong gusts of wind. From December 13, the weather will turn cold, some places will be very cold. The lowest temperature is 12-14 degrees Celsius.
At sea, from noon to this afternoon, the Gulf of Tonkin will have northeast wind level 7, sometimes level 8, gusting 9; waves 2-4 m high. The North East Sea area (including Hoang Sa) will have wind level 7-8, gusting 9 Legal waves 4-6 m.
From the evening of December 13, the sea area from South Quang Tri to Ca Mau, between the East Sea and the Southwest of the East Sea (including Truong Sa) will have winds of level 6, sometimes 7, gusting to 8-9; waves 3-5 m.
Due to the influence of cold air, from now until the end of the night of December 13, the Northern region and the area from Thanh Hoa to Hue will have moderate to heavy rain, some places will have very heavy rain; with the risk of tornadoes, lightning, hail, strong gusts of wind.
From the night of December 13 to the end of the night of December 14, the area from Quang Tri to Da Nang and the East of Quang Ngai will have rain, moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms.
