Vietnam Culture Day creates conditions for people to improve their ability to enjoy culture, artists and writers are encouraged to be creative, and the whole society promotes and practices a civilized and cultured lifestyle.
When the relevant regulations are completed and fully implemented, the total number of official holidays and Tet holidays in the year may increase to 12 days.
