People and tourists are advised to limit outdoor travel during hot sunny hours from noon to afternoon, and at the same time supplement enough water and use appropriate sun protection measures. When participating in outdoor activities or traveling in areas with prolonged heat, it is necessary to pay attention to reasonable rest to avoid the risk of exhaustion and heat shock.
