The 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) will be marked at 6:30 a.m. on April 30 with the participation of 13,000 officers and soldiers.
The atmosphere of preparation for the grand festival is spreading everywhere with large-scale gatherings. Ho Chi Minh City residents in particular and domestic and foreign tourists in general are looking forward to this day to watch the largest parade ever.
The schedule of parades and parades from now until the official date of the event is as follows:
2nd training session: From 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on April 22
Pre-approvation: From 20h - 11h on April 25
General review: From 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on April 27
Official: From 6:30 a.m. on April 30
The route on April 30 started at 6:30 a.m., 13,000 people marched and parade on Le Duan - Nguyen Binh Khiem Street towards the Golden Lap Palace, now Thong Nhat Hall (District 1). Then the forces divided into 4 directions to the gathering point as follows:
First direction: Moving along the route of Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Le Loi - Nguyen Thi Nghia - Phu Dong Thien Vuong 6-way intersection - Cach Mang Thang 8, then gathering at Tao Dan Park.
Route 2: Moving in the direction of Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Le Thanh Ton - Nguyen Hue - Me Linh roundabout, then gathering at Ben Bach Dang.
Direction 3: Follow the route of Le Duan - Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Nguyen Dinh Chieu - Dinh Tien Hoang, then gather at Hoa Lu Stadium.
Direction 4: Moving along the route of Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Hai Ba Trung, then gathering at Le Van Tam Park.

According to the above route, some beautiful locations to watch the parade and march commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification on April 30 are:
First direction: Sidewalk area, shopping center around Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Le Loi intersection; sidewalks of streets towards Phu Dong Thien Vuong intersection; sidewalks on Nguyen Thi Nghia and Cach Mang Thang Tam streets; area outside Tao Dan park.
Second direction: Sidewalk at the intersection of Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Le Thanh Ton; coffee apartment building at Nguyen Hue walking street; square and sidewalk on both sides of Nguyen Hue street; Dong Khoi street dau tien.
directions 3: sidewalks at Pasteur - Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Hai Ba Trung - Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Phung Khac Khoan - Nguyen Dinh Chieu and Mac Dinh Chi - Nguyen Dinh Chieu intersections; coffee shops at Nguyen Dinh Chieu - Dinh Tien Hoang intersections.
Direction 4: Sidewalk area of Dien Bien Phu intersections with Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Pasteur, Pham Ngoc Thach and Hai Ba Trung.

In addition, Ho Chi Minh City has arranged 20 large LED screens directly serving the April 30 holiday, visitors and residents can observe the parade through these screens:

Many central routes of Ho Chi Minh City will ban vehicles from moving on April 30, so tourists and residents prioritize walking or public transport.
