The plan aims to promote the potential advantages of Da Nang sea for the development of tourism activities. Orient water recreation areas to form and diversify tourism products and services to contribute to attracting tourists and serving local people; contributing to local economic development.
Specifically, the group of motor vehicles includes: water motorbikes, parachute canoes, banana floating canoes, snowboarding canoes, phanctive boards and some other types of motor canoes in accordance with current regulations.
For non-motorized vehicles, it includes: surfing, sailing, kitchens, kayaking, standing p Up (SUP), personal swimming practice boards and similar types. When put into use, these vehicles must meet standards on quality, technical safety and environmental protection in accordance with the provisions of law.
The space for organizing activities is also specifically oriented, focusing on areas with favorable natural conditions and little impact on the ecosystem as well as security and defense.
The areas include: the Hoang Sa - Vo Nguyen Giap - Truong Sa route; the Nguyen Tat Thanh route; the Hai Van pass coast; the Son Tra peninsula coast; the Han River water area from the Han River bridge to Tran Thi Ly bridge.
These are all locations that have been planned for tourism development, and at the same time have relatively complete support infrastructure, convenient for implementation and management of activities.
The organization of water recreation activities will be implemented from 2025 to 2030. During the implementation process, depending on the practical needs of businesses, people and tourists, the City People's Committee will conduct a review, supplement and make appropriate adjustments to ensure efficiency, while complying with specialized legal regulations.
