On August 5, it was noted at Thuy Van Park Square, Vung Tau Ward (HCMC), the Tam Thang Tower highlight project has just completed the installation of all tower pillars, and is completing details.
The top of the towers has been lighted; the body of the towers is being completed with additional mosaic ceramic panels. The foundation is also being urgently completed with infrastructure, moving towards installing lighting.

According to the Vung Tau Construction Investment Project Management Board, the highlight project is built on an area of over 3,000m2 (including towers and steps), on the entire Thuy Van Square (belonging to Thuy Van Park - Bai Sau area) of over 16,300m2.
Named Tam Thang Tower, the highlight project consists of 143 towers made of polygonal reinforced concrete, with a height of 2.35m to more than 30m. The tower trunks are covered with complete mosaic ceramic, using spotlights at the base of the tower and the top of the tower to create a lighting effect.
Mr. Hoang Nhan, a resident of Vung Tau, said he felt very happy that the locality is about to have a highlight project, and the construction is completed quickly.
"I have monitored and observed the project throughout the construction process. Up to now, the installation of the tower pillars has been completed, in my opinion it is very beautiful. I am eagerly waiting for the day the project is lit up," said Mr. Nhan.
Many other people in the Vung Tau area also hope that the project will be completed and put into use soon, creating a highlight for local tourism.

Mr. Doan Hai Linh - Director of the Vung Tau Construction Investment Management Board - said that the areas in Thuy Van Park are being urgently built to complete on schedule.
"It is expected that before August 22, the site must be completed to hand over to the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City, to organize an event to celebrate National Day on September 2, and inaugurate Thuy Van Park and Square according to plan," Mr. Linh informed.
