During the 2026 Lunar New Year, a series of sightseeing and entertainment spots in Ho Chi Minh City simultaneously launched promotional programs, festivals and entertainment activities to meet the diverse spring travel needs of people and tourists.
On February 11, representatives of Saigon Zoo and Botanical Gardens (Saigon ward) said that the unit first launched the Idol Zoobiz program - Vui Xuan Me Tit.
In the bustling spring atmosphere, animals such as goats, sheep, dwarf horses, parrots, geese... participate in the parade with the spring train, creating a highlight in the green space of the zoo. Visitors, especially children, can observe habits, interact and learn more about animal care and conservation.
On this occasion, the Saigon Zoo and Botanical Garden is also decorated with yellow apricot blossoms, mascots, rural miniatures, lotus ponds and flower gardens, creating more sightseeing and photography spaces for visitors. Music programs, lion and dragon dances, and animal mascots are also organized, contributing to increasing the festival atmosphere.
At Suoi Tien Cultural Tourist Area (Tang Nhon Phu ward), the 2026 Spring Festival opens from the 1st day of Tet, combining sightseeing, entertainment, cuisine and traditional - modern art performances. Notably, for the first time, the unit invested in a large-scale Son Tinh Thuy Tinh macro-scene program gathering 14 national heroes, serving tourists during Tet.
Dam Sen Cultural Park (Binh Thoi ward) implements a 30% discount on package tickets when buying online. At the same time, it organizes a Folk Spring Festival with 12 traditional games from the 1st to the 6th day of Tet, creating more experience space for families and young children.
Meanwhile, the Cu Chi Tunnels historical relic site (An Nhon Tay commune) organizes a series of spring celebration activities imbued with national cultural identity. From the 2nd to the 5th day of Tet, visitors can enjoy folk art performances of the S'Tieng and M'Nong people with rain praying festivals, stone lute, stilt walking, and drinking can wine.
