According to Ms. Linh, right from the first day of opening, the number of visitors to the fair was quite stable, the fair space was large-scale, the booths were diverse, creating trust for consumers. "Customers are very assured when shopping at the fair. For our booth alone, the consumption volume is quite good, it is expected that in the coming days, especially closer to Tet, the number of visitors will be even more crowded" - Ms. Linh said.

Participating in the fair, Bac Kan Banh Gio Cooperative (Thai Nguyen province) mainly brought clean, processed and dried agricultural products, serving convenient consumption needs during Tet. Including vermicelli, kitchen-smoked meat products, sausages, and many traditional cakes of Bac Kan.

Besides, traditional cakes such as rợm cake and khảo cake are sold for about 25,000 VND/piece, accompanied by sugarcane honey, convenient for consumers to shop and make Tet gifts.
Ms. Loc Thi Hanh - representative of Bac Kan Banh Gio Cooperative - expects purchasing power to increase sharply in the coming days. Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao - Director of the Company - said that the business maintains a stable price during the Tet shopping peak.

Coming to the Bac Ninh province booth, Mr. Nguyen Van Bien - representative of Luc Ngan Green Agricultural Cooperative (Bac Ninh province) - said that participating in this year's Spring Fair, the unit brought many typical agricultural products grown in high hills such as Dai Mat apples, oranges, tangerines, Thai guava, sim, and processed products such as "Happiness" banh chung, fermented pork roll, dried mango.

According to Mr. Bien, the highlight of the products is that they are produced in a safe direction, meeting VietGAP standards, ensuring quality and food safety. We cultivate according to VietGAP processes, so consumers can rest assured, without worrying about pesticide residues. Quality is beyond question, eating once is remembered.
“On the occasion of participating in the fair, the cooperative's products are sold at preferential prices compared to normal days. Prices have been reasonably calculated, especially with Dai Mat apples that are in season, the quality is sweet and crispy, so the more they are sold, the more customers support them. In just the first two days of the fair, the booth's revenue has reached more than ten million VND. Mr. Bien expects that if the number of customers continues to increase in the coming days, the total revenue of the whole fair may reach a higher level, thereby expanding the opportunity to bring safe agricultural products closer to consumers in the Capital” - Mr. Bien shared.
