A female Western tourist evaluated the provinces and cities she visited during her 6-week journey from North to South in Vietnam.

Vietnam, with diverse natural scenery and rich culture, is always an attractive destination for international tourists. Each land brings different experiences.

Recently, a female tourist Roisin Murphy, from Slovakia, shared her personal assessment of the destinations she visited during her 6-week journey from the South to the North, while scoring the localities on a scale of 10.

These genuine comments immediately attracted attention, especially new perspectives from a person experiencing Vietnam for the first time.

Hoi An is one of the destinations she rated the most with a score of 9/10. The ancient town's fairy tale scored points with female tourists for its peaceful and ancient beauty. "There are countless interesting activities to do such as cycling, learning to cook, or ordering clothes according to requirements," the female tourist described.

Hoi An also has a diverse cuisine and bustling festive atmosphere, especially at hostels for international tourists.

However, she also complained about being dragged quite a lot when walking on the street, especially from people working in tourist boat services and bars.

Meanwhile, Ha Giang really conquered the female tourist, to the point that she scored 100,000/10, and at the same time showed her overwhelming beauty at the natural scenery here.

"This is one of the most beautiful scenes I have ever admired in my life. The locals are wonderful," Roisin exclaimed.

Roisin also noted that Ha Giang does not have many activities or events for tourists, but for her, it is not a problem because everyone who comes here is aiming for a backpacking trip to explore the majestic nature.

Another destination that also left a positive impression on Roisin was Da Lat with a score of 8/10.

This highland city is described by female tourists as having poetic nature, pleasant weather and especially adventurous tours such as canyoning (canning waterfalls) that are very interesting.

However, she commented that Da Lat is still quite small, lacking diverse entertainment activities, making the journey here somewhat shorter than in other places.

With the same score of 8/10, Phong Nha Ke Bang in Quang Binh and Ninh Binh are two places that are prone to natural beauty.

According to the female tourist's description, Phong Nha stands out with majestic caves and lush green landscapes, while Ninh Binh is loved for its boat journey on the winding river amidst the beautiful limestone cliffs.

She especially appreciates Trang An boat tour with reasonable prices and valuable experiences.

However, the Hang Mua tourist attraction disappointed her because it felt it was not worth paying.

Sa Pa, despite some inconveniences when roisin travels at night, still receives a score of 8.5/10 thanks to the majestic natural scenery and diverse culture of ethnic minorities.

She said that trekking in Sapa is very fun, but sometimes, locals will follow tourists until they buy goods, which makes her feel uncomfortable.

Hanoi also scored high with 8.5/10, thanks to its rich cuisine, history and vibrant old towns.

Roisin commented that the city was crowded and somewhat chaotic, making her sometimes feel overwhelmed.

However, when returning to Hanoi during the Lunar New Year, Roisin had another feeling: the city became quiet, the beautiful fireworks displays by Hoan Kiem Lake made the atmosphere more special.

However, that was accompanied by many stores closing, and some services increased in price due to Tet surcharges.

While many places made a strong impression, there were still destinations that disappointed her.

Phu Quoc, once known as the sea and island paradise, only received 5/10 points from Roisin.

This island is commented by female tourists as overloaded with a series of abandoned resorts, creating a strange feeling of desertedness.

The area she stays in - a famous resort - brings a "terrifying" atmosphere and traveling on the island is quite inconvenient.

Nha Trang even had a lower score, only 4/10.

"Although there are long beaches and many coastal bars, if the weather is not good, this city has almost nothing to do," Roisin said.

Some other destinations such as Cat Ba (6.5/10) or Ho Chi Minh City (6.5/10) offer an average experience.

Roisin commented that Cat Ba has beautiful beaches but is affected by too many unfinished construction works, while Ho Chi Minh City is bustling, but the pollution situation makes her not completely satisfied.

In conclusion, the 6-week journey of Vietnam has brought the female tourist many different emotions. Each locality has its own unique features, and for each tourist, the experience can be completely different.
