The blooming of golden flamboyants in spring has created a unique characteristic for Bao Loc, attracting tourists to visit and enjoy spring at the beginning of the year.

Yellow flamboyant trees are currently planted scattered in Ward 1 Bao Loc, Ward 2 Bao Loc, Ward 3 Bao Loc and Ward B'Lao, with dozens of trees in flowering season.

Although the number is not as large as cherry blossoms in Da Lat, every spring, golden flamboyant flowers spread leaves, bloom buds, and dye a corner of the sky yellow. Especially at temples and monasteries, the yellow color of the flowers makes the space even more peaceful and solemn while still poetic, creating a feeling of excitement for tourists.
Many people and tourists have come to visit the pagoda, take photos, and capture beautiful moments with golden flamboyant flowers in the early days of the new year.

With the landscape and tourism values that golden flamboyant brings, Lam Dong province is piloting the planting of this plant on roads and public areas, aiming to build Bao Loc into a "golden flamboyant flower city".
To date, from the budget and socialization, more than 2,000 golden flamboyant trees have been planted in parks, schools, agencies, business premises and public spaces in the city.
