The experience of eating "Pho so" especially attracts a large number of locals and tourists. Most of them feel curious and want to enjoy the traditional pho dish served by a smart robot with artificial intelligence.
Previously, in September 2024, at the HorecFex Vietnam 2024 exhibition and forum on technology and innovation in the hotel industry, a $15,000 tourism robot was introduced. This robot was imported from Hong Kong (China), capable of serving, conversing, and guiding tourists at the Ariyana International Convention Palace in Da Nang.
Or in October 2024, a robot waiter appeared at a hotel in Vung Tau, attracting many tourists to admire and experience. The robot is used by Premier Pearl Hotel to transport food and drinks, clear dishes at the restaurant, and serve water and cold towels to guests at the reception hall.
