Located on Vung Bau beach, Eschuri Vung Bau Golf brings together the quintessence of Vietnamese culture and the paradise beauty of the Pearl Island, in a golf course complex of over 65 hectares.
It can be said that this is one of the golf courses with the most prime location in Vietnam, taking visitors on a journey "up the mountain and down to the sea" through 18 golf holes stretching from to the coast.
Holes #1 to #9 are designed according to the wild beauty of Phu Quoc's primeval forest, with all the ancient trees around the holes kept intact. The adventure is challenging from the first steps, even if you are a professional golfer, the challenging terrain requires players to have good tactics to get the ball to the hole.
The green area is designed to be not too undulating but extremely unpredictable like the way to explore an old forest. You will not know where the "traps" are without the advice of the "natives" - those are experienced caddies.
Leaving the jungle, players continue their journey from hole #10 to #18, to the white sand and beautiful waves of Ngoc Island. There will be fewer ancient trees, the Fairways and Greens will be wider and longer, making you feel like you are walking on a wild beach. The sandbanks (bunkers) are cleverly arranged, requiring players to have careful and precise calculations to put the ball in favorable positions.
At the last 9 holes, the Greens will be more wavy, a challenge for players to conquer, like surfing on the waves of Ngoc Island, extremely challenging but also full of emotions.
In addition to the challenges, the golf course design also always brings opportunities for players. You need to know how to avoid the headwind to keep your Par score and take advantage of the tailwind to score Birdie or Eagle. Opportunities always go hand in hand with challenges.
The special feature of hole #14 is the view straight out to the sea, making players feel like they are hitting the ball towards the horizon and especially, fully enjoying the cool air of Phu Quoc sea and sky. Especially, if you hit the ball at the end of the day (from 5pm to 6pm), you will be lucky to see the beautiful sunset on the sea - a famous "specialty" of Phu Quoc Island that few golf courses in Vietnam can offer.
Not only offering a trip to the natural beauty of Ngoc Island, the golf course also takes visitors on an interesting journey to discover traditional culture, through a "stroll" in the lobby and restaurant area.
The golf course's Club House is designed in a "smart luxury" style, imbued with traditional Vietnamese cultural values but still brings a sense of spaciousness and luxury that cannot be found anywhere else. The lobby is a giant check-in area with no dead corners, visitors can easily recognize the traditional "three-door gate" in the familiar ancient temple architecture of Northern Vietnam.
CoCo Restaurant has an architecture inspired by the Hue royal palace with a capacity of up to 150 guests and a VIP room that can serve 40 guests, making visitors feel like they are dining in the ancient imperial palace space. The restaurant is also an ideal place to organize gala parties of up to 200 people, with large glass doors overlooking the golf course.
Eschuri Vung Bau Golf also has many other amenities such as a 5-star locker area, sauna, steambath and jacuzzi rooms for both men and women.
Currently, the golf course is open daily from 6am to 6pm, with the last admission time at 5pm. The experience price includes Green fee, Caddy fee, 1/2 buggy, a light meal and a soft drink.
Currently, the golf course is offering special incentives for guests staying at hotels in the Sun Paradise Land ecosystem in the South of Phu Quoc Island, including New World Phu Quoc; La Festa Phu Quoc, Curio Collection by Hilton; JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort; Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay; Premier Village Phu Quoc.
