The Communal House is located on a land area of ​​nearly 8,000m2 with many construction items creating a majestic and sacred continuity.

    Ta Quan Communal House is the place to worship Thanh Hoang Quy Minh Dai Vuong Thuong Dang Than. He was a national hero, a talented general during the time of Hung Due Vuong - the 18th Hung King. His real name was Nguyen Quy Minh, a brother of Tan Vien Son Thanh who helped King Hung Vuong defeat the Thuc Phan army, keep the border safe, and pacify the country during the Van Lang period.

In particular, the main communal house consists of 5 vestibules and 3 rear chambers, all built of ironwood. The pillars, beams, and structures in the main communal house are elaborately carved, the main motif is the image of a dragon.

In addition, in the communal house grounds there are two 5-room ironwood houses facing each other called Ta Vu and Huu Vu houses, also known as Thanh Long side, Bach Ho side.
