Located in Huong Phong ward (Phu Xuan district, Hue city), Thanh Phuoc - a village located in the lower reaches of the Bo river and is the land intersecting the two major flows of Hue, the Huong river and the Bo river. These two rivers both flow through Thanh Phuoc village and join the water before flowing into the vast city of Tam Giang.

Although the market is small, it only sells quality items and attracts many people to explore.
