On the morning of May 2, the boats were taken off a private jet at Tan Son Nhat airport, then taken by a private vehicle to Thanh Tam pagoda.
According to the original plan, the time for praying for the benefits took place from March 3 to noon on May 8, every day from 6am to 10pm. On the morning of May 6, worship was only reserved for delegates attending the 2025 Vesak Festival.

Currently, the Organizing Committee of the 2025 Vesak Festival is urgently completing final preparations such as decoration, security, and organizing guides to serve the worship activities solemnly and safely.
Buddha's relics are preserved and honored at the National Museum of New Delhi, India, and are considered a national treasure.
According to Indian diplomatic regulations, each amnesty given abroad is equivalent to a national head of state trip. Bamboo shoots will be honored in Vietnam for 18 days.
The United Nations Vesak 2025 Organizing Committee gave specific notes on worshiping the Buddha's grace:
Do not collect or accept any expenses from people coming to worship.
Do not accept wreaths or offerings; do not perform offerings at places of worship.
Worshippers must follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee, absolutely maintain order, do not jostle, do not turn off crowds, do not take photos or film in areas of worship.
Do not carry phones, cameras, cameras, weapons, explosives, food or any items that can cause disorder and affect safety and solemnity.
Children under 2 years old, people with poor health, people wearing inappropriate clothes or conducting inappropriately will not be welcomed to places of recreation.
The organizing committee emphasized: "To express respect for the Buddha, I hope that everyone will seriously implement the above notes, so that the worship takes place in accordance with the sacred and solemn meaning".
