According to records in the afternoon of July 4, despite being affected by the circulation of storm No. 1, the weather at Sam Son beach, Thanh Hoa province was not rainy, light wind and dry. Therefore, many tourists flocked here to swim.
From about 3 pm, a large number of people flocked to Sam Son beach tourist area. Along the coastal road, vehicles and tourists were packed.
At the beaches, the large number of people gathering makes the space cramped. Many families also take advantage of bringing young children to the beach to play and swim.
According to many tourists, Sam Son beach is still their choice because it is suitable for travel distance, diverse tourism services and reasonable costs.
Mr. Bui Van Truong, residing in Ngoc Trao commune, Thanh Hoa province, said that because he knew that storm No. 1 would not directly affect Thanh Hoa, he and his family went to Sam Son beach for vacation.
“Here, the air is quite fresh. After swimming in the sea, my family will go to the restaurant to enjoy seafood and enjoy a complete vacation” - Mr. Truong shared.
Due to the large number of tourists, functional forces are strengthened along the beach to remind people to comply with regulations when swimming. In addition, the loudspeaker system also regularly broadcasts warnings, advising tourists not to swim too far from the shore to avoid danger.
