Of the total 147,750 visitors to the Vietnam Military History Museum, there are more than 1,000 international visitors. In particular, the Museum is honored to welcome the Political Presidium of the Cuban Revolutionary Armed Forces, a symbol of lasting international solidarity.
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country, the Vietnam Military History Museum opened for free 5 days for visitors, from April 30 to 4.5. This is an activity to contribute to educating and spreading the patriotic tradition, spirit and meaning of the 1975 General Offensive and rebellion to the public, domestic and international visitors.

During these days, the museum also organizes the issuance of national flags, flags of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam, leaflets with QR codes... In addition, the museum also introduces Audioguide automatic explanation software for artifacts associated with the Spring 1975 general advance and uprising on handheld devices and smartphones, in English and Vietnamese.
Right in the first days of the holiday, the museum became a "red address" attracting a large number of visitors including many subjects: families, young people, veterans... A large number of people wearing traditional costumes, ao dai, red shirts with yellow stars... to check-in at the Vietnam Military History Museum.
With a large number of artifacts related to war, the museum also attracts visitors by applying modern technology, creating effects and intuitive experiences. Despite the crowds, most visitors are satisfied when coming to the Vietnam Military History Museum.
