This year, this coastal tourism area has many new restaurants, hotels, motels, accommodation facilities, and entertainment services put into operation.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu (35 years old), a tourist from Hanoi - shared: "This year, the North - South expressway in Ha Tinh was completed to open to traffic on time for the holiday, so our family took a personal car to here very conveniently, shortening the time a lot. My family loves swimming in Thien Cam beach because the beach here is very clear and cool, and the seafood here is also very delicious".
Mr. Pham Van Tuan - Head of the Management Board of Thien Cam Tourist Area - said that during the April 30 and May 15 holidays, it is estimated that about 20,000 people come to Thien Cam beach to swim and eat seafood every day. Of which, there are about 5,000 guests per day.
"In time for this year's holiday, some new hotels and motels have been put into operation, adding about 300 rooms, but all are full, out of rooms. The estimated number of visitors this year is about 10 - 15% more than last year's holiday," Mr. Tuan shared.
According to Mr. Tuan, this year in Thien Cam Tourist Area, in addition to having a number of new hotels and motels put into operation, this place also put electric vehicle and high-speed canoe services into operation, and added some OCOP products as local specialties.
To prevent the situation of "ripping off" prices and selling prices, according to Mr. Tuan, restaurants and accommodation services are required to list and publicize prices. The work of ensuring food safety and hygiene has also been thoroughly grasped.
I think that in addition to the increasingly improved people's lives and the increasing demand for tourism, the completion and operation of the North-South expressway in Ha Tinh is one of the reasons why tourists coming to Thien Cam tourist area are increasing. This is also a factor to believe that in the coming time, Thien Cam tourism will increasingly develop, said Mr. Tuan.
