Previously, according to Lao Dong's records on November 16, thousands of people flocked to Ba Vi National Park to admire the wild sunflower season. Some tourists said they departed at 2-3am to get to the national park, but encountered a long traffic jam.

However, congestion only occurs at ticket control gates, due to the sudden increase in the number of visitors on weekends and good weather after days of prolonged rain and wind. Most tourists spend time buying tickets, because the ticket sales system only accepts payment by bank transfer.

Some tourists said it only took about 15-20 minutes to pay for tickets and start the tour.
