On weekends, Ba Vi National Park welcomes tens of thousands of visitors to visit, camp, and relax to enjoy the wild sunflower season.
At 7:00 a.m. on November 16, the ticket control gate was congested for a long time. Quynh Le, a tourist from Hai Ba Trung ward (Hanoi), said that he was there to buy tickets from around 6:30 this morning when he saw a long line of motorbikes waiting in front.
"Although the road was jammed, my friend and I waited for about 15 minutes and were able to buy a ticket to the gate. The road is only congested at the ticket control gate, while the remaining roads leading to flower viewing spots are convenient," said the female tourist.

Some tourists from the center of Hanoi and neighboring provinces left at 2-3 am to catch the sea of clouds in the dawn. However, this morning the weather is quite gloomy, so most tourists can only "hunt" wild sunflowers successfully in the peak blooming season.
A business household specializing in providing camping services in the national park said that it had to stop receiving customers from November 14 because of overload on weekends.

Responding to Lao Dong, Mr. Do Huu The - Director of Ba Vi National Park, said that on Saturday (November 15), the national park welcomed more than 10,000 visitors. It is expected that on Sunday (November 16), the number of visitors will increase dramatically, estimated at about 15,000, mostly students...
Visitors gathered most at the following locations: cote 850 - wild sunflower check-in point; cote 950 - cloud hunting point; and cote100 - the peak of sightseeing from the national park.
Because visitors flocked in from dawn, the national park had to open ticket sales early from 3:30 am, 30 minutes before the usual opening hours on weekends (4am - 8pm). The Management Board has mobilized hundreds of specialized staff since 3am to ensure safety and convenience for visitors; at the same time, local authorities are present to support traffic regulation.
Explaining the local traffic jam at the ticket control gate, the representative of the National Park said that currently the ticket sales system requires customers to transfer 100% according to the regulations of the Tax sector. However, due to network connection errors and connection problems at some banks, tourists often spend more time transferring money than paying in cash.

The 2025 wild sunflower season in Ba Vi National Park lasts from late October to early December, now the time when flowers bloom most beautifully after the days of unusually rain and moisture in Hanoi.
After buying a ticket to visit, from the ticket control gate to the 400m pine forest, visitors will experience going through the winding curves and admiring the natural landscape. Through the pine forest of 400 about 200m, visitors park their car, turn left and walk about 300m to get to the check-in point "Dau Quy Flower Forest".

To ensure safety when visiting Ba Vi National Park, visitors are advised to re-check the safety of the vehicle, fill up more fuel before the trip; absolutely do not turn off the engine, return to the taxi rank and let the vehicle drift when going downhill; do not stop the vehicle right on the slope and cause traffic obstruction. It is strictly forbidden to pick trees, break branches, pick flowers, hunt for birds and animals, etc., and set off fire in violation of regulations.
