On June 3, in Hoa An commune, a working delegation led by Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee Le Hai Hoa came to survey the Na Teng Ecological Island Investment Project invested by Vietnam Science and Technology Joint Stock Company (BUSADCO).
The project has a scale of 13.65ha, including river improvement items, off-river areas and island areas, with a total investment of about 220 billion VND.
According to the plan, the project aims to build a synchronous technical infrastructure system, tourism and resort service areas; and at the same time support the preservation and restoration of traditional cultural values, heritage craft villages, creating an experiential space imbued with the cultural identity of local ethnic groups.
Next, when arriving in Nguyen Hue commune, the delegation surveyed the Suoi Cung eco-tourism area project invested by the joint venture BUSADCO and Viet Hoang Huy Co., Ltd.
The project has a scale of nearly 200ha, with a total estimated investment of about 1,290 billion VND, implemented in many phases from 2022 to 2038.

The project is oriented to develop into a resort tourism, culinary, entertainment, shopping, cultural, sports, craft village and spiritual tourism complex; combined with exploiting a system of natural caves, rivers and streams to create a unique tourist destination of Cao Bang.
At the working session, representatives of businesses proposed that the province consider removing some difficulties related to land use right transfer and site clearance.
At the same time, it is proposed to invest in a connecting road from Hong Viet bridge along the Bang Giang and De Rao rivers to the project area to create favorable conditions for tourism infrastructure development.
After surveying the field and listening to reports from the investor, Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee - Mr. Le Hai Hoa acknowledged the proactiveness of businesses in the process of researching and implementing the project; and expressed support for tourism development investment ideas in the area.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over advising on choosing appropriate investment forms for each project, ensuring feasibility, efficiency and compliance with current regulations.
According to Mr. Le Hai Hoa, the planning, design and development of tourism projects need to ensure harmony between economic development goals and environmental protection, preserving ecological landscapes and promoting indigenous cultural values.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also oriented to call for investment in a number of other key items, including the regulating lake in the De Tham central park area, Thuc Phan ward.
