In order to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day and open the Red Phuong Flower Festival - Hai Phong 2025, Hai Phong City will organize fireworks displays at 6 locations in the area on the evening of May 13, 2025.
People and tourists can watch fireworks in Hai Phong at 3 high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks display locations and 3 low-altitude fireworks display locations.
3 high and low-altitude fireworks display locations
Point 1: Square of the Political - Administrative Center at the new urban area of Bac Song Cam, Thuy Nguyen City.
Point 2: An Bien Lake area, Ngo Quyen District.
Point 3: Vinhomes Vu Yen Urban Area Park and Square, Thuy Nguyen City (under the management of Vingroup Corporation - JSC).
3 low-altitude fireworks display locations
Point 4: The backyard of the City Theater, Hong Bang District.
Point 5: Southern Concrete yard, Duong Kinh District Administrative Center.
Point 6: Tien Lang District Stadium.
Scope of fireworks display in Hai Phong
Points 1 and 2: Each location will fire 500 high-altitude fireworks and 90 low-altitude fireworks displays.
Point 3: Fire 300 high-altitude firecrackers, 80 platforms and 500 low-altitude firecrackers, along with 300 flower spraying tubes.
Score 4, 5, 6: Each location fires 90 low-altitude fireworks displays.
Fireworks display time
At score 1: Shoot 1 minute after the city leaders' speech and shoot 15 minutes before the art program ends.
At the remaining locations: Fireworks continuously for 15 minutes, ending 15 minutes before the cultural program ends.
