The above information has just been officially announced by the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Da Nang City, accordingly, the festival of Buddha's protection - one of the national treasures of India - will be offered at Quan The Am Pagoda (48 Su Van Hanh, Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City).
Buddhists, people and tourists can worship the Buddha's grace at Quan The Am Pagoda for four days (from May 30 to June 2, 2025, the 4th to the 7th of the 5th lunar month).

The fee-raising ceremony from Da Nang International Airport to Quan The Am Pagoda is scheduled to take place at 4:00 p.m. on May 30, 2025. The convoy will follow the route: Da Nang Airport - Nguyen Van Linh - Bach Dang - Tran Phu - Dragon Bridge - Ngo Quyen - Ngu Hanh Son - Le Van Hien - Su Van Hanh - Quan The Am Pagoda.
After a period of restoration and protection of the Buddha, the festival will return to India on June 2, 2025.
The route for the pilgrimage to and from the airport to return to India is as follows: Quan The Am pagoda - Su Van Hanh - Le Van Hien - Tuyen Son bridge - 2/9 street - Nguyen Van Linh - Da Nang airport.
The organizing committee plans to mobilize about 20-25 7-seat cars, each car decorated with a Dan Sanh statue on the roof, to welcome the poor to participate in the procession rituals and give a welcome.
Buddhists, people and tourists are encouraged to stand on both sides of the road throughout the journey to respectfully worship and show respect for the goodness of Buddha.
During the event, Quan The Am pagoda will be open 24/7 from 7:00 p.m. on May 30 to the end of June 2 so that everyone can come to worship and enjoy the festival.
Quan The Am Pagoda is located at the foot of Kim Son mountain, belonging to Ngu Hanh Son scenic spot, and is one of the outstanding spiritual sites of Da Nang.

According to legend, the late Venerable Thich Phap Nhan, after a wonderful dream about Buddha Quan The Am, found a mausoleum with a statue of Quan Am and from there painted the pagoda.
For many years, Quan The Am Pagoda has become a familiar spiritual destination for many monks, Buddhists, people, and tourists - a place to deposit faith and respect for Buddhism and the compassionate teachings of Buddha.
