The national celebration program was held at 6:30 a.m. on April 30 on Le Duan Street, District 1 and some central streets of Ho Chi Minh City. The program is broadcast live nationwide.
The parade and march will take place at the same time as the celebration program.
The parade and march program chaired by the Ministry of National Defense includes 4 parade blocks of the Nghi Truong bloc, 36 parade blocks, and 12 parade blocks.
It is expected to add more Lao and Cambodian parades during celebrations, parades, and parades.
After passing through the stage to the formation separation location ( gate of Thong Nhat Hall), the blocks follow 4 routes:
- Route 1: turn left along Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Le Loi - Nguyen Hue - Ben Bach Dang Park.
- Route No. 2: follow the left along Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Le Loi - Le Lai - Cach Mang Thang Tam - Tao Dan Park.
- Route No. 3: You have to follow Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Nguyen Dinh Chieu - Dinh Tien Hoang - Hoa Lu Stadium.
- Route No. 4: Do right to follow Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Dien Bien Phu - Hai Ba Trung - Le Van Tam Park.
To serve people and tourists, the organizers have prepared 20 LED screens.
Of which, 6 screens on Le Duan Street, 3 screens on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street; 3 screens on Le Loi Street; 2 screens on Nguyen Hue Street; 2 screens on Dong Khoi Street; 2 screens on Dien Bien Phu Street; 2 screens on Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street.
The event started at 6:30 am, people and tourists should arrive 1-3 hours before to reserve a good spot. Note about vehicles moving because the central area will limit traffic.
People can park their vehicles at some locations organized by the Youth Volunteer Force such as the Youth Cultural House, Tao Dan Park, metro parking lot No. 1 at September 23 Park.
