    Hai Phong - May 6, Cat Hai Special Zone People's Committee announced the time and scope of operation of tourist electric vehicles in Cat Ba.

    In order to ensure order, traffic safety and serve the travel needs of tourists and people well, the People's Committee of Cat Hai Special Zone announces that tourist electric vehicles (4-wheeled vehicles) are allowed to circulate on a number of main routes: route connecting Zone I - Tung Dinh Bay (section from Tung Thu beach to Tung Dinh street), Tung Dinh road, Nui Ngoc road, road 1/4 (Cat Ba street) (section from house number 120 to Cat Co 3 beach), Lo II - Nui Ngoc road and Cat Tien road. Operating hours are from 5 am to 11 pm daily (all days of the week).

    The Special Zone People's Committee assigned the Special Zone Project Management Board to install traffic signs before May 8; Special Zone Police to strengthen patrols and handle violations. Relevant agencies promote propaganda; coordinate with the City Traffic Police force to inspect, control, and ensure safety for people and tourists. Strict management of electric vehicle operations contributes to building a civilized, safe, and friendly tourism environment in Cat Hai special zone in general and Cat Ba tourist area in particular.
