Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of Vietravel Travel Company said that up to now, the company has served 3 groups of tourists in Dubai with a total of 51 tourists and 1 group of tourists in Egypt with a total of 24 tourists.
Due to the impact of adjusting operations and restricting airspace in some areas in the context of escalating conflict, the delegations are currently staying at hotels according to safety plans while waiting for official updates from the shipping company.
The unit has proactively arranged standard hotels, ensuring full meals and essential needs. At the same time, maintaining regular contact between tour guides, operating departments and customers to update information continuously, transparently and promptly.

For routes expected to depart in March 2026 using Emirates and Qatar Airways, Vietravel proactively contacts customers to advise on plans suitable to the actual situation. If customers do not have a need to depart during this period, the unit will support preserving the entire amount of money paid according to current policies, ensuring maximum benefits and flexibility in travel plans.
Vietravel representatives said that the current war situation will certainly create short-term impacts on the aviation sector, especially international transshipment and route operations, which may lead to schedule adjustments and increased operating costs. However, this is seen as a timely impact.
The enterprise has proactively reviewed the entire route exploitation plan, worked closely with aviation partners and continuously updated replacement plans to ensure that customers' journeys are adjusted appropriately in all scenarios.
Ms. Tran Thi Bao Thu - Marketing - Communications Director of Vietluxtour Company said that before the Lunar New Year, some delegations departed as planned and all tourists returned home safely.
Tourists are currently quite sensitive to information related to travel safety. Therefore, the company always puts safety first in all operational decisions. Areas affected by war are temporarily suspended from being included in the deployed destinations.

According to Mr. Pham Anh Vu - Deputy General Director of Viet Tourism Company, fortunately in recent days the business has not had any tourist groups staying in the Middle East region. However, the unit currently has some groups expected to depart in March, mainly on the route to Dubai.
According to Mr. Vu, this fluctuation directly affects business plans and tour operations. However, customer safety is still put first. Businesses will proactively work with partners to refund or support customers to switch to other routes and more suitable travel programs.

Vietnamese and foreign airlines with routes to/from or flying over the affected airspace regularly monitor and update the military conflict situation in the Middle East region, especially related to Iran and countries that close their airspace.
