Businesses need to proactively and regularly monitor and update the situation in conflict areas; strictly implement the recommendations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs related to citizen protection and tourism safety.

At the same time, requesting to stop and not organize tourism programs to dangerous war zones as officially recommended. Adjusting, canceling or changing tour schedules must put the safety of tourists first.
For tourist groups currently staying or still staying in affected areas, travel businesses must maintain regular contact with partners in the host country and Vietnamese diplomatic missions to promptly grasp information, implement safety measures, and implement citizen protection when necessary.
In case of incidents, units must promptly report to the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism.
