On February 28th (ie, the 12th day of the first lunar month), in the area in front of the Crescent Lake of Con Son Pagoda, the Organizing Committee of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Spring Festival 2026 organized the opening of the Culture, Tourism and Trade Promotion Week, opening a series of large-scale cultural and tourism activities associated with heritage.
The event space is designed according to clear sub-areas, including: traditional craft village display area; OCOP product area - agricultural products; tourism - culinary area; space "Books - Heritage - Connecting knowledge and the future"; Truc Lam Con Son space. The organization in an open, continuous space helps visitors easily access, visit and experience.

The week gathered 60 businesses, cooperatives, craft villages, and business households, displaying nearly 700 OCOP products, agricultural products and specialties. In which, the craft village area introduced more than 500 typical handicraft products; the OCOP - agricultural product area has over 150 products meeting quality standards; the tourism - culinary area introduced promotional publications, tours, accommodation services and specialties to serve tourists.
During the period from February 28 to March 11, the program also organizes many traditional art and mass art activities such as lion dance - drum festival, folk instrument concert, communal house singing..., creating a vibrant festival atmosphere and increasing cultural experiences for participants.
The highlight of the event is the Heritage Book Festival with the theme "Books - Heritage - Connecting Knowledge and Future", displaying nearly 2,000 digitized documents, publications, and materials on Truc Lam history, culture, Zen sect, and typical figures.

Along with that, the Hai Phong Museum organizes a thematic exhibition "Heritage Moments", introducing the landscape, festivals, history - culture of the relic complex, and recreating the journey of cooperation between localities, with the milestones of the Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac complex being recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage.
Through the Week of Culture, Tourism and Trade Promotion, Hai Phong continues to promote its advantages in heritage, culture and tourism, promote regional linkages, and promote the image of a destination rich in identity, friendly and attractive to people and tourists.
