On May 3, according to the Culture and Social Department of Cua Lo ward, during the 4-day holiday, the total number of tourists reached more than 300,000 visitors, total estimated revenue reached 300 billion VND. On peak days (April 30 or May 1), the number of visitors exceeded the threshold of 100,000 visitors/day.
The sharp increase in the number of visitors has caused some services to become overloaded, especially the freshwater bathing area. The water supply system operates unstablely, at times the water flow is weak or interrupted.

The price of freshwater bathing services is listed at about 10,000 VND/session, but the service quality is not uniform due to the pressure of a large number of customers.
However, the prices of basic dining and accommodation services are still kept stable, without sudden price increases. Many tourists assess that the cost at Cua Lo is reasonable compared to other famous sea tourist destinations.
According to functional forces, despite the large number of people and vehicles gathering, the security and order situation at the tourist area is still ensured. Environmental sanitation work is implemented regularly, especially at night, helping the beach to be clean and ready to welcome guests on the new day.
With an estimated revenue of 300 billion VND, the 2026 sea tourism season in Cua Lo is starting very positively, expected to create momentum for Nghe An tourism.
