On April 26, information from the People's Committee of Nghe An province said that the unit had just issued a document directing the organization of making adjustments and expanding the detailed plan of the forest area east of Binh Minh street in Cua Lo ward.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Cua Lo ward to preside over the organization of making adjustments and expanding the planning of the above-mentioned forest area according to regulations.
The planned land area has boundary scope: to the North bordering horizontal road No. 01; to the East bordering the East Sea; to the South bordering the area to the North of Vinpearl Cua Hoi Project; to the West bordering Binh Minh road.
To complete the adjustment plan, the Provincial People's Committee agreed in principle to receive support resources based on research results (planning projects) proposed by Sun Group Investment Co., Ltd.
The Provincial People's Committee requests the People's Committee of Cua Lo ward to be responsible for organizing the preparation, appraisal, approval and announcement of the plan to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
The Department of Construction is assigned to take the lead in monitoring, urging, and guiding the People's Committee of Cua Lo ward in the implementation process.
The adjustment and expansion of the planning of the forest area east of Binh Minh road is expected to contribute to completing the urban landscape space of Cua Lo beach, creating motivation for tourism and service development in the locality.
