Best in Travel 2027" is the annual selection of Lonely Planet, a travel guide brand with a history of over 50 years.
This year's list includes 50 destinations and experiences, selected by the network of authors and editors of Lonely Planet from actual trips. Immediately after the announcement, the list was cited by CNN, Time Out and many leading international news sites in the world. This spread brings the named destinations to global readers at the right time they start to find inspiration and plan for the 2027 holiday.
In the Da Nang introduction, Lonely Planet chooses the relaxation of a coastal city as a highlight. Writer James Pham mentions the long beach, mountains, pleasant atmosphere and attractive cuisine. Son Tra Peninsula opens up quiet moments with panoramic views of the coast, while from Da Nang, visitors can continue their journey to Hue, My Son sanctuary and Hoi An ancient town.
