Enhancing Vietnam's position in the international arena
The 2025 Vietnam Tourism Awards honor 113 typical enterprises and units in 11 major categories with 18 titles. These are not only excellent units, but also the "brand ambassadors" of Vietnam tourism.
The diversity in the award structure reflects the industry's efforts to diversify products and services in the post-pandemic recovery process and remarkable growth towards the goal of 25 million international visitors.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Huong - Deputy General Director of Vietravel Tourism Joint Stock Company - the unit named in many important categories, affirmed that the Vietnam Tourism Award 2025 is a milestone to recognize the persistent and creative efforts of the entire industry.
Meanwhile, Mr. Pham Ha - CEO of Lux Travel DMC - the unit honored to receive the international travel business award for best welcoming tourists to Vietnam, said that this award is not a destination, but an affirmation of growth that must go hand in hand with the sustainability of heritage.
Shaping the future of the tourism industry
According to Mr. Pham Ha, to increase attraction for tourists and compete more effectively in the international arena, the tourism industry needs to focus on digitalization, improving service quality, building a national tourism brand, and promoting sustainable tourism. In particular, it is necessary to develop unique products, clearly positioning them in the international market to make a difference.
In addition, the CEO of this luxury travel company suggested that Vietnam should promote sustainable tourism through resource conservation policies, encourage green tourism models and invest in community education to raise awareness of environmental protection.
Ms. Le Thi Hoa - Director of Hanoitourist Travel Company (Hanoi Tourism Corporation) - said: "We have welcomed innovation by integrating technology, digital transformation into business operations, researching and testing AI in software system governance, data... to optimize time and work efficiency.
