After some images and videos appeared on social networks reflecting the situation of crowds gathering in the Chua Dong area (Yen Tu), posing a potential safety risk, Yen Tu Ward People's Committee coordinated with relevant units to conduct actual inspections.
Yen Tu is a special national relic, belonging to the Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac World Cultural Heritage Complex.
Through inspection, Yen Tu Ward People's Committee together with Yen Tu Heritage Conservation Center (Ha Long Bay - Yen Tu World Heritage Management Board) and Tung Lam Development JSC reviewed and assessed the current status of infrastructure; directly reinforced and supplemented the guardrail system in complex terrain areas, especially the Dong Pagoda area.
Guidance forces are strengthened to divert traffic, limit local congestion; supplement signposts, strengthen environmental sanitation, and ensure security and order throughout the relic route.
