On February 28, Ha Quang Garment Enterprise (Quang Tri) organized the 2026 Employee Conference to summarize activities in 2025 and deploy directions and tasks for 2026.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vo Xuan Trung - Director of Ha Quang Garment Enterprise said that in 2025, the unit faced many difficulties due to increased input costs, unstable supply chains, reduced purchasing power and strict green standards and tariffs from the US market.
Under the direction of May 10 Corporation, the collective of officials and employees promoted the spirit of solidarity, implemented the slogan "Simplified operation - Raising efficiency", and strived to complete tasks and achieve achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the unit's establishment.
In 2025, the enterprise produced nearly 3.5 million shirts, reaching revenue of more than 174 billion VND, an increase of 7.32% compared to the same period. Average income reached 8.9 million VND/person/month. Regimes and policies related to social insurance are fully and promptly implemented for employees.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Sinh, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Ha Quang Garment Enterprise, the work of caring for the lives of union members and workers is emphasized. Through the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" and the Chung cake wrapping contest, the trade union presented 103 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, with a total budget of 144.9 million VND.
Responding to Workers' Month and Safety and Health Month, the trade union organized "Trade Union Meals", giving gifts to 59 workers and laborers in difficult circumstances with a total amount of 31 million VND. The enterprise mobilized workers to contribute 30 million VND to respond to the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the area.
In the 2025 emulation movement, the entire enterprise had 321 workers recognized as good workers; 9 individuals achieved the title of Emulation Soldier at the corporation level; 8 individuals achieved the title of good workers and professional staff; 1 individual is the most outstanding worker and employee. One individual was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 1 collective and 1 individual were awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation. Party organizations, Trade Unions, and Youth Unions all excellently completed their tasks.
In 2026, Ha Quang Garment Enterprise will continue to maintain and develop production, maintain customers, orders and markets. The unit focuses on recruiting and training highly skilled workers; improving management capacity; promoting automation, applying digital transformation in production. Revenue target to reach 9 million USD, average income of 9.5 million VND/person/month, ensuring stable life for workers.
