Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that in June, InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort will become the focus of international culinary and art circles when it will first organize the Artisan Stories - Arts & Cuisine Festival series, gathering a series of world-leading names.

Taking place from June 6 - 11 in Son Tra peninsula, the event with the theme "When art intersects with culinary quintessence", promises to bring a multi-sensory experience journey with sea parties, cocktail performances, live music and Michelin-class parties.
A notable highlight is the presence of "design wizard" Bill Bensley, 3-star Michelin Chef Christian Le Squer, Japanese chef Junichi Yoshida and many famous culinary artisans from Vietnam, Hong Kong (China) and Thailand.
The series of events will kick off with the "Beach Food Festival" at Rang Dua Beach on June 6.
Visitors have the opportunity to enjoy selected food stalls, BBQ parties by the sea, and lively art and music performances.
The opening night also featured the appearance of culinary artist Anh Tuyet and Chef Loïc Portalier from Michelin-starred restaurant Louise (Hong Kong, China), bringing a combination of Vietnamese culinary spirit and modern French techniques.
Within the framework of the festival, Citron restaurant will host a Sunday Brunch party with a high-class buffet menu and Billecart-Salmon champagne.
Meanwhile, the Six-hand Dinner chain at Tingara from October 7th - 6th will take diners on a journey of multi-sensory cuisine with the combination of many famous Michelin chefs.
In particular, the highlight of Artisan Stories is the event "Bensley x Le Squer: The Art of Joie de Vivre" taking place at La Maison 1888 - the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Central Vietnam.

On the nights of June 10 and 11, Bill Bensley's new painting collection inspired by the red-shanked douc langur of Son Tra will become a source of inspiration for Christian Le Squer to create a special haute cuisine menu exclusively for Da Nang.
Not only gathering international names, the festival also has the participation of prominent representatives of contemporary Vietnamese cuisine such as Hoang Tung and Cuong Nguyen, contributing to bringing Vietnamese culinary identity closer to international diners.
Artisan Stories is expected to become one of the most prominent culinary and tourism events of Da Nang in 2026, and also contribute to promoting the image of the coastal city as a destination for art, resorts and high-class cuisine.
