In the solemn atmosphere of celebrating the 1087th anniversary of the historic Bach Dang victory (938 - 2025), leaders of Dong Hai ward, representatives of departments, units and members of the 4 relics of Tu Luong Xam, Phu Xa Temple, Phu Thuong Doan (Dong Hai Ward) and Nghia Xa Temple (An Bien Ward) performed traditional rituals such as the Lunar New Year ceremony, incense offering ceremony, the four sacred animals of Tu Linh Tu ceremony and the heave ceremony.
Here, the Party Committee, government and people of Dong Hai ward expressed their respect and deep gratitude to Tien Ngo Vuong Ngo Quyen and the ancestors and national heroes who sacrificed and contributed to the independence and freedom of the nation.

Tu Luong Xam relic - Ngo Quyen's capital in 938 is a national historical relic, now located in Dong Hai ward, Hai Phong city. In 1986, the Ministry of Culture (now the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) decided to rank the throne as a national historical relic with the name: Tu Luong Xam regional historical site - Ngo Quyen's headquarters in 938, Nam Hai commune, An Hai district.
On January 17, 2025, the Prime Minister ranked Tu Luong Xam Relic Cluster - Ngo Quyen's headquarters in 938 as a Special National Monument.
In 2022, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to include Tu Luong Xam Festival in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List.
